Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible quarterly distribution to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities, for the
quarter ending 31 December 2011.

Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Thursday, 22 December
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Friday, 23 December
Record date: Friday, 30 December
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date will
be made within 14 business days after the record date.
