EXTENSION OF LEGAL FINAL MATURITY DATE
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of iNguza`s ZAR15,000,000,000 Note
Programme and the additional Terms and Conditions of the ING127 Notes, in
particular condition 7.1A, as incorporated in the applicable pricing supplement
of said Notes, investors are herewith advised of the extension of the Legal
Final Maturity Date of the ING127 Notes, effective 7 December 2011.
