Trading Statement
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become
reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will differ by more than 20% from that of the previous
corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the six month period
ended 31 August 2011 by management has indicated that the loss per share
is expected to increase by 288% and headline loss per share is expected
to increase by 25% compared to the loss per share and headline loss per
share of 0.73 cents for the six months ended 31 August 2010.
Shareholders are advised that the above information has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors. Thabex`s reviewed
results for the six months ended 31 August 2011 are expected to be
published on SENS on or about 8 December 2011.
