CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of
Masonite:
- Mr N Maharajh has been appointed as an independent non-executive director;
- Mr G E Coulter currently a non-executive director has resigned;
- Mr M J Slater, currently the Managing Director has resigned; and
- Mr H J Loring has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer.
The above appointments and resignations are effective immediately.
