RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Kagiso Media shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of the
Company held this morning, 8 December 2011, the proposed resolution to
dispose of 50% of the Company`s shareholding in and claims against
LexisNexis to Reed Elsevier South Africa (Pty) Limited as set out in the
notice of the general meeting, was duly passed by the requisite majority.
