In accordance with the provisions of section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act
71 of 2008 (as amended), and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings
Requirements, Steinhoff has received notice that IAM has acquired further
shares in Steinhoff on behalf of its client portfolios managed on a
discretionary basis. Shareholders are hereby advised that IAM now holds
15.38% of the issued share capital in Steinhoff, increasing its
shareholding from 14.85% previously held.
