APPOINTMENT OF GROUP SECRETARY
Woolworths is pleased to announce the appointment of Thobeka Sishuba-
Mashego to the position of Group Director: Company Secretariat and Group
Secretary, effective 1 February 2012 to replace Cherrie Lowe from that
date.
Thobeka joins the group from Metropolitan, where her most recent role was
Group Executive: Corporate Governance.
