RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby notified that Mr. David Boyd Erskine ("Dave")
has resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from Wednesday,
29 February 2012.
Dave has decided to take early retirement, but will continue to consult to the
Group on market opportunities. The board extends its appreciation to Dave for
his valued contributions during his tenure as a director.
