Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of the company
convened on Friday, 9 December 2011 (in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting contained in the company`s annual report issued on 11
November 2011), all of the ordinary and special resolutions were passed by
the requisite majority of Village shareholders.
