CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 30 November 2011,
wherein they were advised that on 29 November 2011 Philip Sigsworth had
resigned as Group Financial Director of Austro, and will be leaving Austro in
January 2012. Shareholders are hereby advised that with effect from 1 January
2012 Tania Le Roux has been appointed as acting Group Financial Director of
Austro.
