was dispatched to shareholders today and contains no modifications to the
provisional condensed consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30
June 2011 published on SENS on 29 September 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Poynting will be held at 33 Thora Crescent, Wynberg, Sandton at 10:00 on
Wednesday, 18 January 2012, to transact the business stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting, which is contained in the annual report.
