CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors of Actowers ("board") wish to inform
shareholders that Mr Pieter Sarel Nicolaas Swart has resigned as the Financial
Director with effect from 12 December 2011.
The board wishes to thank Pieter for his input and contribution to the board
during his tenure with the Company and wish him success for the future.
