RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEEETING
All the resolutions as set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting
held on Thursday, 8 December 2011 were unanimously approved.
CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Grant Andrew Bohler, CA(SA), has been appointed as an executive director as
from 8 December 2011 and assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Michael Brain has retired as an executive director, but continues as Non-
Executive Vice Chairman with effect from 8 December 2011.
