RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 25 July 2011, 3 August 2011,
16 September 2011 and 28 October 2011 relating to:
a) The possible sale of all shares and claims in Boschendal (Pty)
Limited ("Boschendal") by IFA Boschendal Investments (Pty)
Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of IFA and a 37.33% shareholder
in Boschendal, shareholders are hereby advised that negotiations
are still in progress which, if successfully concluded may have a
material effect on the price of the company`s securities; and
b) The Company having initiated a process to introduce potential
investors into the business, shareholders are advised that this
matter is still at a preliminary stage and may or may not result
in a potential corporate action that may have a material effect
on the price of the Company`s securities. More detail regarding
this matter will be released as soon as it is possible.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities, until a further announcement is made.
