Delisting timetable applicable to the JSE Limited
Further to the SENS announcement released on 5 December 2011, which stated that
the effective date for voluntary delisting of the company from both the TSX
(primary listing) and the JSE Limited (secondary listing) would be 15 December
2011.
The voluntary delisting from the TSX is expected to occur on 15 December 2011.
However, the voluntary delisting from the JSE Limited will be effective from 3
January 2012, as reflected in the timetable below:
