DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") listings
requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification in the prescribed form of the following movements in
securities of the Company:
- SA French Group Trust ("SA French") has disposed of a 19.42% interest in
securities in the Company such that the total interest in the securities
of the Company held by SA French has been reduced to 20.32% of the total
issued share capital of the Company;
- Trinity Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited ("Trinity") has acquired
an interest constituting 12.42% of the total issued share capital in the
Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company
held by Trinity amounts to 23.39%; and
- SJP Capital Limited ("SJP") has acquired an interest constituting 8.83%
of the total issued share capital in the Company such that the total
interest in the securities of the Company held by SJP amounts to 8.83%.
