NOTICE OF ACQUISITIONS OF SECURITIES
Sanyati shareholders are advised in terms of section 122(3)(b) of the Companies
Act, 71 of 2008, as amended ("Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s
Listings Requirements that 36ONE Asset Management ("36ONE") and Visio Capital
Management ("Visio") have purchased additional Sanyati Shares ("Acquisitions").
Following the Acquisitions, 36ONE and Visio`s direct, non-beneficial
shareholdings in Sanyati have increased to 11.01% and 13.90%, respectively, of
the Sanyati shares in issue.
