CORRECTION TO THE NOTICE OF ACQUISITIONS OF SECURITIES
Further to the announcement on SENS on 13 December 2011, Sanyati shareholders
are advised that following the purchase of additional Sanyati Shares by 36ONE
Asset Management and Visio Capital Management their direct, non-beneficial
shareholdings in Sanyati have increased to 13.90% and 11.01%, respectively,
of the Sanyati shares in issue.
