POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
INTRODUCTION
Trustco shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the finalisation
announcement released on SENS on 7 December 2011 regarding the proposed
specific share repurchase by Trustco of up to a maximum of 74 331 920 or
10.5% of its ordinary shares in issue ("the repurchase shares") through the
exercise by Trustco or its nominees of a call option over the repurchase
shares ("the call option") or the exercise by the Fund of a put option over
the repurchase shares ("the put option") (collectively, "the options")
("the transaction") ("the Announcement").
Shareholders are hereby advised that a circular containing full details of
the transaction and incorporating a notice of general meeting ("the
Circular") was posted to Shareholders today, Thursday, 15 December 2011.
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
As per the Announcement, the general meeting of Shareholders in relation to
the transaction will be held at Trustco`s registered office, 2 Keller
Street, Windhoek on Thursday, 19 January 2012, commencing at 12:00, to
consider and, if deemed fit, to pass the resolutions as set out in the
notice of general meeting, attached to, and forming part of, the Circular.
IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
The important dates and times relating to the transaction as set out in the
timetable included in the Announcement have not changed.
