DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly distribution
by Bips Top 40 to holders of Bips Top 40 Securities, the manager and trustees
(namely Bips Investment Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited) have
resolved to make a quarterly distribution to holders of Bips Top 40 securities
for the quarter ended 31 December 2011. The distribution will:
* amount to 10.62 cents (R0.1062) per Bips Top 40 security;
* be constituted 10.58 cents (R0.1058) in respect of dividends;
* and 0.04 cents (R0.0004) in respect of other income;
* be made to all holders of Bips Top 40 securities recorded in the register
on 23 December 2011; and
* be effected on 29 December 2011.
