FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT DATE CHANGE DUE TO NEW PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Santova ordinary shareholders are referred to the announcement published on
SENS on 5 DECEMBER 2011, regarding the important dates and times relating to
the implementation of the share consolidation, increase in authorised share
capital, conversion from par value to no par value shares and change of name
of the Company and are herewith informed that due to the declaration of the
27 December 2011 being a public holiday the timetable regarding the Issue of new
securities will be amended. "Certificates posted to certificated shareholders
who have surrendered their old share certificates by 12:00 on record date/CSDP`s
and brokers accounts updated that was planned for Tuesday, 27 December 2011,
will now be executed on Wednesday 28 December 2011.
Share certificates in the name of Santova Logistics Limited may not be
dematerialised or rematerialised after Thursday, 15 December 2011.
