Sephaku Holdings issued an announcement on 14 November 2011 in respect of
dealings by director Lelau Mohuba on 10 November 2011 in which an error was
made in the share price of shares disposed of.
The quantum of shares sold by Lelau Mohuba on 10 November 2011 was in fact
100 000 shares at R3.00 and not 50 000 shares at R3.00 and a further 50 000
shares at R3.10, as disclosed.
