AMENDED NOTICE OF INTEREST PAYMENT ON UNSECURED DEBENTURES ("DEBENTURES")
Reference is made to the Notice of Interest Payment on Unsecured Debentures
released on SENS on 1 December 2011 wherein it was noted that the Payment Date
would be Tuesday 27 December 2011. Debenture holders are advised that
following the announcement by the Acting President that 27 December 2011 will
be a public holiday, the Payment Date will now be Wednesday 28 December 2011.
Accordingly, the salient details of Interest Payment number 2 are now as
follows:
