RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of DAWN shareholders was held today Thursday, 15
December 2011.
All the special resolutions and the ordinary resolutions, as set out in the
notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 4 November 2011, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will
be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
