DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - REVISED SALIENT DATES
Participants are referred to the announcement dated 6 December 2011 and are
advised that as a result of Monday, 27 December 2011 having been declared a
Public Holiday, the salient dates relating to the possible distribution by
the Exchange Traded Fund ("ETF")to holders of the STANLIB40 ETF securities
for the quarter ending 31 December 2011, have been amended as follows:
Last day to trade "cum" distribution Wednesday, 21 December 2011
Securities trade "ex" distribution- Thursday, 22 December 2011
Record date - Friday, 30 December 2011
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation may take place between Thursday,
22 December 2011 and Friday, 30 December 2011, both days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed, if any, and the payment date
will be made 14 (fourteen) business days after the record date.
