PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Astral Foods has today published its Integrated Annual Report for the
financial year ended 30 September 2011. Copies of the full report were
posted to shareholders today.
The annual financial statements forming part of the Integrated Annual
Report contain no material modifications to the results for the year ended
30 September 2011 which were published on 14 November 2011.
PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the annual financial statements and
their unqualified report is available for inspection at the registered
office of the company.
The annual general meeting of the company will be held at 92 Koranna
Avenue, Doringkloof, Centurion on Thursday 9 February 2012 at 08:00 to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the Annual General
Meeting.

General Meeting:

Last day to trade in order to be
eligible to vote at the meeting 27 January 2012
