FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - DISPOSAL CGA FENESTRATIONS (PTY) LIMITED
Accentuate ordinary shareholders are referred to the announcement published on
SENS on 14 December 2011 regarding the disposal of the operational assets and
liabilities of CGA Fenestrations (Pty) Limited ("CGA") by Accentuate ("the
Transaction"). Shareholders are hereby advised that the Transaction is now
unconditional.
