FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Accentuate ordinary shareholders are referred to the announcement published
on SENS on 14 December 2011 regarding the disposal of the operational
assets and liabilities of CGA Fenestrations (Pty) Limited ("CGA") by
Accentuate ("the Transaction"). Shareholders are hereby advised that all
conditions precedent to the Transaction, as detailed in the announcement
dated 14 December 2011 have been met and is now unconditional.
