SABMiller is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of all of the
shares in Foster`s pursuant to the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement
on 16 December 2011. The transaction consideration will be paid to Foster`s`
shareholders by Wednesday 21 December 2011.
