RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
INTRODUCTION
Ideco shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcements
released on SENS on 17 and 4 November 2011 ("the Announcement") regarding
the proposed disposal by Ideco of its shares in and claims against Ideco
Biometric Security Solutions (Proprietary) Limited ("the Disposal").
Shareholders were advised that a circular containing full details of the
Disposal and incorporating a notice of general meeting ("the General
Meeting") was posted to Shareholders on Thursday, 17 November 2011 so as to
convene the General Meeting on 15 December 2011.
RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions proposed at the General
Meeting of Shareholders in relation to the Disposal were passed.
