Directors` Shareholdings
The Board of DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and
exploration company, announces certain corrections to the shareholdings of
the Directors of the Company.
Due to an administrative oversight, details of the acquisition of ordinary
shares by certain Directors as part of the placing which was announced on 7
December 2010 were included in the circular to shareholders dated 7
December 2010, but not included in the RNS announcement to the market.
Details of the Directors` participation in the placing in December 2010 are
set out in the table below.

As a result of this administrative oversight, certain Directors`
shareholdings in the Company have been incorrectly stated in previous
market notifications and in the 2010 Annual Report.
As at 16 December 2011, the interests of each of the Directors in the share
capital of the Company (all of which are beneficial unless otherwise
stated) are as follows:

* All of the ordinary shares in which Paul Robert Loudon is beneficially
interested are held by Green Dragon Nominees Pty Limited, a company
with which he is connected.
** Of the ordinary shares in which Jonathan Willis-Richards is interested
2,086,666 ordinary shares are held by Loeb Aron, a company with which
he is connected, and 280,000 are held jointly in his name and that of
his wife, Maria Esther Galimberti.
*** All of the ordinary shares in which George Morton is interested are
held in his own name and separately from European Islamic Investment
Bank plc, one of the Company`s substantial shareholders which he
continues to represent on the board and in which he has a beneficial
interest but in which he does not exercise a control position.
