CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, with immediate effect, Boitumelo Tlhabanelo
("Tumi") has been appointed to the Board of Directors of KayDav ("the Board")
as an independent non-executive director. Tumi is a chartered accountant having
qualified with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2001. Since then he has gained 10 years
investment management experience with leading private equity firms Brait and
Development Partners International. Tumi is now an independent investor and
co-founder and principal of Bopa Moruo Capital, a black owned and managed
private equity fund management company. Tumi will also serve as a member of
the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board.
The Board welcomes Tumi to the KayDav Board of Directors and looks forward to
his contribution to the group.
