FATALITY AT TWO RIVERS PLATINUM MINE
African Rainbow Minerals ("ARM") regrets to announce that an employee was
fatally injured at the Two Rivers Platinum Mine, a joint venture with
Impala Platinum Holdings Limited ("Implats"). The employee was injured on
Tuesday, 13 December 2011 and subsequently passed away on Thursday night,
15 December 2011 as a result of injuries sustained in the incident.
The Company would like to express its sincere condolences to the family,
colleagues and friends of the deceased.
