In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the
Act") and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, holders
of ordinary shares in the Company are advised that Britehouse Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited has notified Adcorp that it has acquired a total of
4,721,645 ordinary shares in the Company. The Company hereby confirms that
they have received formal notification in the prescribed form from
Britehouse Holdings (Proprietary) Limited in terms of Section 122 (1) (a) of
the Act, which confirms that Britehouse Holdings (Proprietary) Limited holds
a beneficial interest in Adcorp ordinary shares of 6.1%.
