CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Kagiso Media has made an offer to acquire 100 per
cent of the shares in Juta & Company Limited ("Juta") for the sum of R 300
million. The transaction is, however, subject to, inter alia, the completion of
a sale agreement, regulatory approvals and the necessary approvals by the
shareholders of Juta and the successful implementation of a scheme of
arrangement.
The completion date for the transaction is anticipated to be 31 March 2012.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further detailed announcement is made.
