BUSINESS CONNEXION GROUP LIMITED - RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), one of the resolutions to
be adopted by shareholders is to re-elect Ms FL Sekha as a director, who was due
to retire by rotation in accordance with the company`s Memorandum of
Incorporation and being eligible, had offered herself for re-election.
Felleng was appointed as a partner at Brunswick Group LLP in August 2011 and has
subsequently indicated that due to a conflict of interest with a current client
and possible future clients, she will be stepping down at the AGM scheduled for
19 January 2012.
The annual report was already in print on receipt of this notification. The
resolution will therefore be withdrawn. BCX chairman Tony Ruiters thanked
Felleng for her contribution over the past 4 years and wished her well in her
future endeavours.
