APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Company announced on 21 July 2011 that Vincent Uren had indicated his
intention to step down from his position as chief financial officer from
the end of December 2011 in order to take a break from corporate life.
The process to appoint a chief financial officer to replace Mr Uren is
ongoing. Mr Martin Poggiolini, the Company`s head of finance, has been
appointed to act in the position of chief financial officer with effect
from 31 December 2012 until a new appointment is made in the first half of
2012.
