NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ENDING 31
DECEMBER 2011
Notice is hereby given that a quarterly cash dividend of 1 cent per share
("the dividend") has been declared payable to shareholders recorded in the
share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 20
January 2012.
Shareholders` attention is drawn to the following important dates:
2012
Last day to trade "cum" the cash dividend ("LDT"): Friday, 13 January
Date trading commences "ex" the cash dividend: Monday, 16 January
Record date for payment of the cash dividend: Friday, 20 January
Date of payment of the cash dividend: Monday, 23 January
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 16 January 2012 and Friday, 20 January 2012 both dates inclusive.
Any changes in the above dates will be announced on SENS.
