OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Pioneer Foods 2011 notice and
proxy of annual general meeting, incorporating the abridged audited
financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2011, has been
dispatched to shareholders on Wednesday, 21 December 2011 and contains no
modifications to the audited preliminary condensed annual financial
statements for the year ended 30 September 2011, which were published on
SENS on Monday, 28 November 2011. The Pioneer Foods 2011 integrated annual
report is also available on the company`s website at www.pioneerfoods.co.za
or can be obtained directly from the Company by contacting Lynn van Niekerk
at lvanniek@pioneerfoods.co.za.
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Pioneer Foods
will be held at Lemoenkloof Guest House, 396a Main Street, Paarl, 7646 on
Friday, 17 February 2012 at 09h00 to transact the business as set out in
the notice of annual general meeting.
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share
register of the Company maintained by the transfer secretaries for the
purpose of being entitled to attend, participate and vote at the annual
general meeting is Friday, 10 February 2012 and the last day to trade is
Friday, 3 February 2012.
