RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Mustek shareholders was held on Thursday, 22
December 2011. All the special and ordinary resolutions, other than the ordinary
resolution regarding the general authority to the Company`s Directors to issue
unissued shares in the Company for cash, as set out in the notice of annual
general meeting to shareholders, dated 11 November 2011, were approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will be filed with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
