RECORD DATE FOR VOTING AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of Indequity will be
held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 6 February 2012 at the registered office of the
company, First Floor, Cascade House, Constantia Office Park, Cnr Hendrik
Potgieter Road & 14th Avenue, Constantia Kloof.
The company would like to further note that the record date to participate and
vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 27 January 2012. Accordingly, the
last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate and vote will be
Friday, 20 January 2012.
