MINING RIGHT RE-INSTATEMENT
Further to the announcement of 12 December 2011, the Company confirms that
today, 22 December 2011, a consent order ("the Order") setting aside the
Minister of Mineral Resources of the Republic of South Africa administrative
decision ("the Decision"), made on 22 September 2011, to cancel the mining
right held by Ferreira Estate and Investment Company Limited ("FEIC") under
departmental reference number GP30/5/1/1/2/140MR, was obtained in High Court
of South Africa.
The granting of the Order concludes FEIC`s legal challenge to the Decision.
