FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday,
13 December 2011 ("declaration announcement"), relating to the declaration
of a special cash dividend ("special cash dividend"). Further to the
aforementioned announcement, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received approval from the Financial Surveillance Department of
the South African Reserve Bank for the payment of the special cash dividend.
Accordingly all conditions precedent to the payment of the special cash
dividend have been fulfilled. The relevant amount, dates and times
applicable to the special cash dividend as set out in the declaration
announcement therefore are unchanged and will proceed accordingly.
