DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(3) of
the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited ("Brimstone") has notified the Company
that it`s interest in Oceana has increased from 9.73% to 16.86%.
Accordingly, Brimstone`s holdings` represent 16.86% of the voting rights in
Oceana.
