RESULT OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Jubilee Platinum, the AIM quoted and JSE listed mining exploration and
development Company, is pleased to announce that resolutions 1 to 4 proposed to
shareholders at the Company`s Annual General Meeting held in London on 28
December 2011 were duly passed. Resolutions 5 to 6 were withdrawn by the Board.
