NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2011 Integrated Annual Report
containing the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September
2011 was posted to shareholders on 29 December 2011 and contains no
modifications to the audited preliminary results which were published on 8
November 2011. The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte &
Touche and their report is available for inspection at the company`s
registered office.
The 117th AGM of PPC will be held in the JSE 1 Room at the Radisson Blue
Hotel, cnr Rivonia Road and Daisy Street, Sandton, on Monday 30 January 2012
at 12:00 for the purpose of conducting the business as stated in the Notice
of AGM contained in the 2011 Integrated Annual Report.
