Masonite shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary
announcement and the further cautionary announcements released on SENS on 5
September 2011, 28 September 2011, 6 October 2011 and 17 November 2011
respectively.
Further to the aforementioned announcements, Shareholders are advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until
a further announcement is made or this cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
