NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL AND AN ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In terms of section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Excellerate
shareholders are advised that:
- The Suikerbos Trust ("Suikerbos") has notified the Company that it has
disposed of a beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such
that the total of all beneficial interests of Excellerate ordinary shares
held by Suikerbos is now 20.71% of the total Excellerate ordinary shares
in issue; and
- Reezen Limited ("Reezen") has notified the Company that it has acquired a
beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total
of all beneficial interests of Excellerate ordinary shares held by Reezen
is now 7.18% of the total Excellerate ordinary shares in issue.
