Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 30 June 2011,
was dispatched to shareholders on 30 December 2011 and contains no modifications
to the provisional condensed consolidated reviewed results for the year ended 30
June 2011 published on SENS on 6 October 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of The
Don will be held at 125 Pretoria Avenue, Sandton, at 10:00 on Friday, 3 February
2012 to transact the business stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting, which is contained in the annual report.
