Announcement regarding the passing of Mr Francois Rossouw
The board of directors of Cashbuild regrets to advise that Mr Francois
Rossouw, a non-executive director and chairman of the audit and risk
committee of Cashbuild, passed away on the 31st of December 2011. Francois
made a meaningful contribution to the group over the last 10 years and will
be sorely missed.
The board of Cashbuild wishes to extend its sincere condolences to his
family.
